CarePharma Home Health Care Centre is continually expanding with the latest in medical equipment and supplies to make home recovery easier for the patient and their family. Our inventory is comprised of electric scooters, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, lift chairs, hospital beds, commodes, bathroom safety products, braces & supports, blood pressure monitors, wound care supplies, ostomy supplies, diabetic supplies and mastectomy products.
We are an authorized and registered vendor for the Assistive Devices Program (Ontario), Department of Veterans Affairs (Canada), and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims can be brought to us if adjudicator approved. We also deal with insurance plans. Our customers will value our professional, confidential, reliable and courteous services.

Home Health Care Rental Program
Our rental service can assist you while you recover at home. A deposit is required and will be returned when the item is brought back in good condition. Rental Agreement Policies
Rentals and Returns: should be made during our Home Health Care hours Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM unless prearranged with our Home Health Care staff at a specific time and date.
The Renter/Leasee agrees to return the rented equipment at the end of the specific time frame in the same condition as it was received into their possession.
The Renter/Leasee agrees that he/she is financially responsible for any damages incurred to the rented equipment while it is in his / her possession.
Delivery service is available.
Available Assistance Programs
Assistive Device Program (ADP) is a government assist program to help people who meet the required criteria by providing a percentage of funding towards the purchase of mobility, seating or other specific devices.
Veterans Affairs (DVA) is a benefit program to assist veterans and their spouses with related health care needs.
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Claims through WSIB can be brought to us if adjudicator approved and is related to injuries reported to WSIB.
Insurance Plans: If you have an insurance claim filed and you require medical equipment, you or your claims adjuster can give us a call and we would be glad to assist you with your needs.

Mobility
You can select from a full range of mobility devices. Our highly trained and experienced staff will assist you in selecting the most appropriate device for you.
Products include: Canes, Scooters, Crutches, Manual/Power Wheelchairs, Walkers, Patient Lifts and Lift Chairs.
Braces & Support
We offer a wide selection of braces for the wrist, ankle, knee, elbow, back or neck.
Products include: Elastic bandages, pre-wraps, back supports and other braces.
Ostomy
A full range of specialized products are available for patients who have a colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy. CarePharma Drug Mart - Home Health Care has a large selection of products by: Convatec, Hollister, Bard, Mentor, and Smith & Nephew.
Mastectomy
CarePharma Home Health Care offers a wide variety of mastectomy products including prostheses and brassieres.
We gladly accept walk-ins, however, we recommend booking an appointment to receive our undivided attention and time. Your scheduled appointment will guarantee you 60 minutes of uninterrupted attention to make you look and feel wonderful.
Bathroom Safety
Select from a full range of quality products and equipment for your complete security, comfort and convenience in the bathroom.
Products include: grab bars and safety rails, non-slip safety mats, bath seats and benches, lifts, raised toilet seats, safety frames and commodes.
Incontinence
Incontinence is a medical symptom that affects thousands of Canadians. Knowledge of available products that can contribute to the effective management of incontinence and help you lead a fulfilling, active lifestyle, is very important. A full selection of management products: briefs, pads, catheters, underpads, etc. are available.

Diabetic
Patients with diabetes can choose from a selection of products - from blood glucose monitors and testing strips to a range of insulin delivery devices.
We have trained staff members who can assist you in the use of these diabetic testing supplies.
