Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition, within 10 days from date of shipping, using the return slip provided. Please state your reason for your return on the return label or in an attached letter. carepharmawellness.com will not be responsible for return shipping costs, unless you received the product in damaged condition. In this circumstance, we will issue a refund for the return shipping charges to your credit card and send a replacement product at our expense.
